Extract data from SAP tables without using the SAP GUI (Graphical User Interface). Saves you time and simplifies data extraction.
Tables available in SAP are based on your existing Security Rights. There is no back door access to SAP. Sap security is ensured.
Create complex Where Clause to Filter records. The SAP Data Extractor allows you to pick any field in a Table and create And, Or, Like and Equal filters!
View German Technical Field Names and their Plain English Descriptions with Field Widths.
Ability to isolate a range of records. Typically you would start with record 0. With the Data Extraction Wizard you pick any starting point skipping records.
Set the number of records to download. You can retrieve any amount of records available in a table. Enter 0 to download all available records.
Schedule a Task to pull data at a pre-determined Date and Time. Once you define a query for data extraction, the Extractor will automatically logon to SAP and download data at the scheduled point in time.
After a Scheduled Task has completed, you can launch a macro to automate a process!
